Standard production time is 5-7 days after artwork approval, but can usually get your product manufactured and shipped much quicker depending on the size of the order. And don’t worry, if you’re in a crunch and need your display fast—we’ll do everything we can to help to hit your deadline.
Depending on the size and complexity of your order, standard production time of 5-7 business days includes shipping time. We offer complete FedEx services from Ground to Next Day Air. Keep in mind that delivery days are in addition to the production time and FedEx calculates business days only; weekend days are excluded. We do provide you tracking information for every order.
Yes. BannerGalaxy is a veteran-owned manufacturing company based in Traverse City, Michigan.
BannerGalaxy supports a variety of file formats for uploaded designs.
Resolution is the degree of detail visible in an image. Raster images (like photos) are comprised of pixels or dots of color.
Vector images are not comprised of pixels; they are calculated and displayed with the help of mathematical equations. Logos and text are recommended to be in vector format.
We want you to love the products you order from BannerGalaxy. If you are worried about how your uploaded image or photo is going to look, give us a call and we'll take a look.
Bleed is the artwork that extends past the edge of the product so that when trimmed, the color will definitely go all the way to the edge. Full bleed size will be larger than the trim size, which reflects the finished product size. You will want to be sure that all important graphics stay within the trim size.
There are two ways to accomplish this with design programs. The first option is to create your page at full bleed size and create a guide at trim size to remind you where that falls. The second option is to create your page at trim size and to use the document bleed settings (typically .25) to extend the graphics past the edge. When you export your document as a PDF for upload, make sure to include the bleed in your output settings so that the final upload PDF document is at the full bleed size for your product.
We cannot. A watermark indicates that an image, photograph, symbol or logo is protected.
To upload an image on BannerGalaxy, you must have appropriate rights to any text or graphics that you incorporate into your products and represent that you are not infringing on the trademarks or copyrights of others.
Legal and non-watermarked versions of images can be obtained by contacting image owner or by purchasing from a stock photography website.
Not all products have a printable back side. But for ones that do, follow these instructions:
Keep in mind that the color you view on your computer monitor is in RGB color mode, and the prints are printed in CMYK color mode. RGB colors will appear brighter than CMYK colors, and monitors can vary in color calibration.
However, if you think it’s a result of a printing issue, send us a note on our live chat, call us at 855-763-8205, or fill out our contact form and include your order number, contact information, and problem. Please allow us 1-2 business days to investigate the matter and respond.
Here are the most common reasons:
Image quality is too low
Font is inadequate

Zip Ties ($1.49 for pack of 10)
Rope ($2.12 for 10 feet)
Velcro ($2.49 for six 1”x1” squares)
Absolutely. We use modern materials, adhesives, printing, and die-cut technology to customize your decals to any size, any shape, with bright, full-color graphics that will not crack or fade with age.
For wall and floor decals, we recommend the “dry” approach:
For window decals, we recommend a basic four-step “wet” approach:
Starting at any edge, simply pull the decal back slowly toward you at less than a 90-degree angle. A scraper may be used to lift the edge if needed.
In the unlikely event that adhesive residue remains, simply soak the residue with a standard adhesive remover and remove with a scraper.
During your initial install, yes. To reposition your decal, just peel it off the glass, wall, or floor and follow the steps outlined in our application guide above. Works best with our cling option.
Repositioning without damage becomes difficult to impossible if your decals have been in place for a long time on a wall, window, or especially on a high-traffic floor.
We don’t recommend it. While our custom window decals can be repositioned easily, transporting and storing them for events can lead to dust and debris that causes bubbling.

Your flags can be ordered in any custom size or shape. Standard options include: teardrop and feather flags (popular for their eye-catching action and shape); RotoTop™ flags for their heavy-duty outdoor use in parking lots, entryways, special event venues, etc; and traditional flags such as wall, yard, and standard pole flags for versatile indoor and outdoor use.
Choose between single-sided printing on translucent polyester. Or add an extra layer of fabric to your flag to print on both sides.
Single-sided flags are more translucent, which lets the flag design (and sunlight) shine through, while our more opaque, double-sided flags offer richer color saturation.
Yes, feather, straight-edge & teardrop flags are supplied with the appropriate hardware/pole as standard. Yard flags come with a standard ground spike.
Our RotoTop™ and feather flag kits come complete with all the hardware you’ll need to display your original designs. We also stock a full range of hardware including telescopic fiberglass poles, rotating ground spikes, rotating pole sets for blade and teardrop flags, and more. If you already have poles and a base, our flag fabric only option lets you easily create new or replacement flags.
Absolutely. High-quality, digital photos (at least 300 dpi) can be uploaded just like graphics and/or artwork. If any photograph or image is too big to send us by email or using our online image upload, then you can use Dropbox or WeTransfer.
